2. General provisions

By using the website, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these terms. Green River Solutions may change the terms without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

3. Payment methods

Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Online payments are available using Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards through the secure Monri WebPay system. Monri WebPay provides secure entry and processing of card details using data-protection and transaction-security standards.

After card details are entered and payment confirmed, the bank authorises the transaction and the order proceeds for processing. The amount is reserved on the customer’s card and cannot be used elsewhere. The transaction is completed and the amount debited only after the products are prepared and handed to the courier. If payment is not completed within 14 days of order acceptance, the order is automatically cancelled. Check with your card issuer that your card supports online payments.

4. Payment security

Card data is entered and processed through Monri WebPay using SSL encryption and PCI DSS standards. Green River Solutions d.o.o. does not access or store customer payment-card details. 3D Secure authentication provides additional protection where supported by the card issuer.

5. Authorisation and payment

Following successful authorisation and payment confirmation, the order enters processing and delivery. Orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not completed within the specified period.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered within Montenegro. Delivery takes 1–12 working days, depending on availability and location. Delivery charges are clearly displayed during ordering.

7. Returns and complaints

Customers may submit complaints under Montenegro’s Consumer Protection Law. Customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Products must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Return costs are paid by the customer unless the merchant made an error or delivered a damaged product.

8. Refunds

Full or partial refunds for card transactions are made exclusively to the same Visa, Mastercard or Maestro card used for payment. The bank processes the refund to the cardholder’s account at the merchant’s request.

9. Currency conversion

All payments are made in euros (EUR). For cards issued by foreign banks, the transaction amount may be converted into the cardholder’s local currency at the exchange rate applied by Visa/Mastercard.

10. Data protection

Green River Solutions uses customer personal information solely to fulfil orders and communicate with customers. Information is not disclosed to third parties except where necessary for delivery or required by law.

11. Limitation of liability

Green River Solutions is not responsible for technical errors, temporary website unavailability or delivery delays caused by force majeure or third parties.
